Twilight, the sun has set on a hot day painting soft pastel colours over sky and beach below. Two puppies play in the big salty puddle, while a young woman snaps the scene for socials. Night encroaches with cooling breeze on a shimmering sea of gun metal blue, deep green and aquamarine. We stayed until the black of night. It's a memory now.
